It is said (back in the day!) that daughters resemble their fathers as a way of confirming paternity! Well, there is no doubt in my, nor my husband’s, mind that our daughter is all his. I always thought of having my baby girl look like me but she is honestly perfect and beautiful just as she is! Come to think of it, she might be strange looking if she resembled me lol. Father-Daughter relationships are imperative for young women and I am so grateful my girl has the best daddy in the world. “Young women who have a positive relationship with their fathers achieve more academically. They make better relationship choices. They have high self-esteem.” Just google it! After all, daddies are a girl’s first male relationship so be a good dad and don’t be her first heart-break. <3
