Since most of my fav workout spots are closed or have restrictions (miss you SoulCycle), I am killing it at home with youtube and our Peloton. I believe in a variety type of workout and change it up between aerobic and strength training. I know we have been eating, drinking and enjoying couch potato mode this past year but it’s time to get our bodies ready for summer. Besides, working out produces endorphins and endorphins make you HAPPY! Like Elle Woods eloquently put it “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands, they just don’t.” So my husband is alive and I am happy!
